To Saxon, Richard and ALL From Moneydude All up and down this thread, you both (Saxon and Richard) seem to have a handle on this company. With my limited education and lack of understanding, I have some rather mundane and simple questions which I have researched and can not come up with any answers to, so please help clarify any of these for me. Has anyone actually spoken with an employee or former employee of e'prime?...are there any employees at all at present? Why not?(I bet that a lot of you would be in for a big surprise if you have spoken to an employees ot former employees) Has anyone really read the Start Treaty?(It is a good read!) Why would Betty and Bob only take 12-15 million bucks, when they own how many shares??? When was the last new release and what did it say? Are you certain we still own all the equipment? and has it been tested out to make certain everything works? When were the tests?(just a comment, I do not invest in a music compact dick without listening to it, I do not invest in a car without driving it, I do not invest in pair of shoes without wearing them, I do not invest in a T.V. without seeing it and how many people getting married are really virgins?) Why aren't there investors lined up, waiting to offer cash for just a part of the potential of this company? Have they not tried? Why not? If there were negotiations, what were the results? These are just a few of my questions...True answers would set all of our minds at ease, but there seems to be a game that has gone on year after year after year, with countless excuses, and I am growing tired of all 'the same ole stuff'! It's like nothing will ever happen! I sometimes think that the opportunities have passed Betty and Bob by. Think about it...Bill Gates controls an empire and he owns maybe 20% of Microsoft, the Walton family owns less than 20% of the stock of Wal-mart, etc. I think until we all become less greedy, and Betty and Bob just make the deal, they can still dictate what goes on and own less than 50% of the company. Maybe I'm just crazy, but if I'm nuts, I'm sure you all will let me know!!!
