Dwight: Why should I do your research for you. If you truly have an interest, then go to a large urban library and start confirming the facts I give you for yourself. I am not your tutor, it is your responsibility to teach yourself. If you are a poor teacher or student, that is your own loss. Those who are wiser or have more knowledge than you can see your ignorance. I will not waste my time trying to force-feed you with facts you do not wish to believe anyway. You would rather live in the comfortable fantasy of your self-deception. One of your mottoes must be "Do not confuse me with the facts". To that I add, you will not be "confused" with reality.
