Mark: For starters you might try prudenttrader.com which I previously commented on in an earlier post (included my handle and password for free access to that site). Within the last hour I was at Barnes and Noble looking thru this week's edition of Barron's. There is a very interesting article on "Greenspan's Model on page 21 which you might want to look at. Demonstrates stock are 18% overbrought according to this model which has a good record of calling the market. But will gold shares go down with any future corrections in stocks as it has done in the past??..Currently the daily charts of the US Dollar Index, April Gold Futures and the XAU Index all have formed triangle, pennants, etc. and seems to be coming to the "end of the road". (nearing the peaks of these triangle, flags. Friday's drop in the US Dolar index IF it continues would break the lower support line and my memory says that as goes the US Dollar so goes Gold. One more, at mgl.ca , (con't)

(con't) we have an XAU and Cycle chart. The last 38 weeks cycle ended on January 12th, 1998. We have now completed 9 weeks of the new cycle with the up part of the current cycle being 19 weeks up to the TOP of the cycle. I believe we have completed a 1-2 up. By this I mean one can draw a 1-2-3 UP and a 1-2-3 down WITHIN each individual cycle. Looking back at previous cycles on this page, one can see that the XAU during the first part of the cyle moves up in a 1-2-3 pattern and then down during the last phase of the cycle in a 1-2-3 down manner. One thing I have been looking at for awhile is the 114 weeks cycle shown at the top. Although this is somewhat newish to Yauger's site, it does contain 3-38 weeks cycles within each 114 week cycle. But what is interesting is that the XAU seems to be bent back like one would bend back a branch of a tree in it relationship to the 114 weeks cycle. Will something trigger a release of the "branch" to move it up to the top of the 114 weeks cycle. (con't)

(con't) Time is running out for the XAU to MOVE TO THE TOP OF THE 114 weeks cycle which it is closing in on week by week. Right now the XAU is lagging quite a bit behind schedule for the 114 week top to be attained. Hope all this makes some sense.
