Ned, O.K., no buyers to speak of........but they will start coming forward when the audited figures come out if the revenue holds and there is even a little profit. But will the audited financials be as of 1/31/98 or 12/31/97, and will Danielle Cheese be included or not? I haven't been able to confirm the Danielle deal completion and would appreciate knowing it if someone has verified it. Without Danielle, revenue is 3MM+ and then todays price would make more sense. I do know that Araldica audited Danielle two or three weeks ago. The finalization of the deal may depend on the outcome of that audit and that could be the hold up in audited financials. There seems to be too much caution on the part of buyers and there must be some explanation.
