Good find! Right on, T-Dog.

My first gut response is that ESVS headquarters will move from Houston to El Segundo, the same town. Looks like new kids are taking over under the leadership team of ESVS CEO Lair.

This also might give a hint as to why the Wired piece popped up.

There's obviously a lot going on in the back room of the mill. I think once Lair came on board, the whole perspective for Zulu leadership changed. When Zulu bought Softbank, it bought its marketing contracts and clientele, not its management.

Now we have another question for Tahoeman to foward to Mr. Burgess. I would not be surprised to see a Zulu/ESVS announcement come out soon about the corporate shift in both leadership and location.

Too many Chiefs and ya' lose the battle, pilgrim.

The release is FROM SIM which can mean one of/or two things about the company.

1) The company learned from the last episode of not releasing information to the public and has turned over a new leaf. (Kudos to Wired if this is true.)

2) They are starting to get business taken care of and now have the time to release this information.

Now what does the release itself mean?

IMO, these "resignations" are happening after the company has realized that "fat" is not always visible to the eye. Sometimes the fat can be found on the inside as well. Sometimes the fat must be pointed out by someone new. Have you ever been around a person who gains weight yet you see them everyday and don't realize the change until someone that hasn't been around points it out.

With the new CEO at ESVS and ZULU these guys may have been in the way. Life is hell! Sorry guys.

Maybe Howorth and West feel that by resigning they'll escape indictment..
