Of course.

Why else would RTL do an IPO? They have over 5000 employees. Not exactly a start-up is it?. They already have network components, switches and wireless. Why not broadband?

Does anyone have a prospectus?

Pure speculation, of course. I mean the chart was looking good, but 400.000 shares were bought in a big hurry Friday afternoon.
