I think 300 shares is the right number for SEPR. I also think we should have a standing order to pick at least 100 additional shares of INCY at 43 or better. The stock has a lot of volitility and could easily hit 43 intraday. I would also sell half our BGEN position at 48 and half GENZ at 35. I only do this in the portfolio because we don't pay taxes. I wouldn't do this if we were a tax payer in a high bracket.

I took a look at Heartport and would hold off at least temporarily. Surgeons are remarkably conservative and resistant to new methods. I would like to see them regain some momentum before jumping on.
