The reason why there is no contest about the NDA is that the last contest involving whine, oops I mean wine, was a flop. Being that lgnd is a non news producing stock--or at least it has long periods of no news--the ability of trying to time certain events is quite difficult. Unless you have an inside source, lgnd is on it's own time frame. It will just take patience on our part which is the biggest and most irritating prerequisite in owning biotech stocks.
