Hey Mr. Righteous:
Before you have us read the book of Job maybe you would like to review
your quotes from just the first 7 days of this thread. If this Billington outfit
is so straight up where exactly where have you been getting your information,
which has been so uncannily inaccurate?

Chad Beemer statements. Oct. 22-Oct.29, 1997

Date: Oct 22 1997 12:42PM EST
-Avalon has secured agreements that enable the company to sell advertising
space on over 5,000 kiosks
used every month by millions of oadults interested in their health and
well-being.
-These kiosks used are located in the pharmacy sections of major retail drug
chains such as Walgreens,Walmart,Rite Aid,CVS,etc. -The Company is also in the process of completing an option agreement to
a acquire a major healthcare publishing company whose customers include
many Fortune 500 companies
Oct 23 1997 2:23PM EST
-There is 9.2 million Fully diluted and 3.2 million in the float. Of those in
the float there is maybe around 300,000-400,000 possible that are not in tight control.
-They also have a wealth of contacts in the medical field that they can contact as well
as serverl hundred physicians that are very impressed with their model and as a matter
of fact want to invest in the company.
-This stock is not being officially pushed right now and the promoters are allowing
smaller investors pick up some down here. They could have easily bought all the
paper under 50 cents.
Oct 24 1997 10:24AM EST
-This company has 9.2 million shares FD. At current PE ratios that is easily to
2.50 dollar stock.
-I do think 2.00 is not out of line for this stock. I heard that there was a market
order at the end of the day for 250,000 shares but it couldn't be filled
-There are a few small sharehholders that were in the old company that have
paper around that might sell but we are not talking probably over 50,000 shares
if that
-Serveral people are waiting on a run from JOT and BNTI before they position
themselves in this stock. Also there are serval doctors that are interested in
buying paper.
Oct 25 1997 2:51PM EST
-they are bringing more directors on board which are not listed in this July newswire.
-Their present cash position is around I believe around 500,000
Oct 27 1997 12:08PM EST
-I don't think to much paper will come into the market until this stock goes to
the 60 cent level.
- Larger buyers will come in
-The insiders have most all of the float and as Iv'e said before noone has paper
under 15 cents.
-I look for a nice move on this one through the end of year.
Oct 29 1997 12:20PM EST
-This stock is so tight however that new investors are going to have to pay
a premium to get paper as Unless a former director or a pissed off promoter
who has some paper dump I don't see this stock going under 30 cents again.
-If you want to profile some stocks from one of the promoters who is active in
this stock and has done I might add a superb job of cleaning it up earlier then
check out www.billington.com. -Also reread the profile that I posted and one of the directors Bernard Hicks
is a Londoner and as a matter of fact some of his contacts over there have
come in and supported this stock.
-Be watching for news in November Delbrouck.
-Rick,I don't want you to feel like the small guy is going to take the brunt
of the selling.
