Whoops forgot to post this chart... I see it as a cup and handle (bullish) formation, rather than a saucer (also bullish) formation.. And it isn't clear to me that there would be any opportunity for a near term pull back. The stochastics, in fact, show a crossover for a move UP, rather than down, IMHO... timely.com

jeffrey, the relative 'attractivenss' of CYMI v. DPMI is one tough question. I am a newcomer to DPMI and don't have a feel for the stock yet (TSO dragged me in to it :) . You have posted that there could be further 25% downside risk in the issue, whereas I feel that CYMI has already had its train wreck and has limited downside, if any. On the other hand, CYMI looks like LSI in that it has fallen so far out of favor that it may be a 'dead money' stock for a while.
DPMI, by contrast, seems to have both a present and a future. I understand that upcoming earnings may be flat but the stock looks very attractive at these prices. Summary: if you're worried that the semi group could get hit again, CYMI is probably safe harbor.
Just some musings. Mike Doyle
