Sorry DD, but s martin was there first with the offer. And, as you know, he is my favorite. (Maybe he's on to something with his crush theory. Heck, it's about time he was on to Something.)

Anyway, he is the chief shareshaker and he's the one who shook my shares, so he's the one who deserves to benefit from this special offer. Also, since these are in cert form, I can just cruise up I-94 and hand deliver them to him. It's far less complicated than involving, brokers, lawyers, whatever.

By the way, mine are 8 1/2 X 11. Dan must have class B shares . You do have a good idea, though. These certs are very durable. They've gone through a lot and are still unscathed. Why don't you go for Riley's? Get them now before the price goes up.
