Well a bull market can make any one look good, they had high
school kids beating the analcyst last year, even a bunch of
old ladies captured some fame. I use to read him and enjoyed
a lot of his articles but his general calls on CNBC have been
just allful in the last 3 or 4 months, maybe he is just out
of step with things at this time. I've found market callers
seem to have times when they don't do so good for a while,
and then bounce back.

I like it when he is on there and they let him field questions
to the guest CEOs they have come on..he knows how to ask the
right questions better than that regular crew. So I do try to
watch him if I know some other guest are comng on as he will
cut to the quick of things and does it in a way that catches
them off guard. He's sure good at that.

whipsaw: re commodities: it could be that he's dead right but his timing is bad.
It's sooo hard to get bullish on oil and gold right now, isn't it?
