Flavio: Instead of whining, why don't you take the time to review the past posts submitted on this thread. There you will find an e-mail address for venga, send them a message and I'm sure they will more than address your concerns. We also are shareholders in this company and have like you been very frustrated, but making wild comments like you have done does nothing to help us or the company....The new president is working very hard to get this company back on its feet and I think positive remarks instead of negative remarks are whats needed on this thread. The web site of venga is down and they are in the process of creating a new one, and I have e-mailed mr. Crosby requesting that he update us shareholders on this thread as soon as he is able, and he has agreed to do so. I believe that announcements will be forthcoming and a little more patience will be required... regards Joe

Put it this way. Mike Crosby is the new president he will be reorganizing with a new group of investors behind him. Venga will resume trading in the near future. I myself am an investor and have been in Venga long time. The previous management had not ran Venga well. This is going to change. I know a lot of the major investors and can only say I like many of us look forward to a new future. A shareholder meeting will be called over the next 90 days.
