I know that. But together they've got some good components for moving forward. With Lair at the helm, and with the added technical and marketing capacities, things should be different.

David, according to ESVS form 10KSB filed March 9, 1998 (freeedgar), ESVS feels they have been able to satisfy the delisting problem and will (should) not be delisted.
