Dan, Sorry about mangling your name. Too many notes from Einstein must have given me a spelling virus. -g- I actually think the MTC plan is a good one, but all of these things have to be monitored closely. I think many cos. make the mistake of thinking that people will act for the good of everyone if there is a kink in their bonus plans. I have leart better over the long haul. Never stand between a man and his money. There are Ghandis out there, but they are few and far between. So, the plan is designed to push long term shareholder value, but you have to watch for tricks just before the measuring dates. Look at Compaq and how they "made" last quarter, when all the mgt. geeks get their biggest bonuses and then looked what happened this quarter. Nobody can tell me that out of the blue pcs stopped selling. They had been winding down for a long time and the boys just sharpened pencils until they got their moolah, then took even a bigger hit than they had to this quarter. MB
