Jon,

Bernard has been with Avalon for around 3 years well before it became
a public company. It has taken them that long to get to the first really exciting stage in the life of the company. Last summer they had
a bid in for an established medical journal in the area of 20 million
dollars but a group from Kuwait won the bid for 18 million as they had
the money in hand. This group however liked Bernard and AVAL well enough to possibly help them later on with a spin off magazine so even
though they didn't get the deal they established a good solid contact.
It was right before this all happened that I learned about AVAL and
introduced them here on SI.

As far as news I have been telling Bernard and AVAL to please put out
some news soon as shareholders would like to have an update on the companies progress. I look for them to have some news soon regarding
all of the current progress.

As far as pump and dumps, a pump and dump allows all insiders and directors to run up their market on manipulation not based on any solid fundamentals and then pounding their market leaving the rest of the shareholders holding worthless or almost worthless paper and in some cases getting delisted. A prime example of a wrap around financing and pump and dump would be from a company called JOT which
at one time I owned stock in and lost money in myself. As a matter of
fact these guys used Lance and then cheated him out of his promotional
fees along with another promoter I know Investors Guru who got the same treatment as Lance. Many times promoters come in helping companies with incentive options and if they can't help the company
bring in buyers and expand their audience to get the stock price higher they in many cases don't get paid as small companies are usually cash poor. If Lance helped a company and their stock moved higher but then fell that was the effects of him bringing in buyers
but the company obviously failed to supply the fundamentals to retain
its value and so shareholders sold off stock and left. It has to be
very difficult for any promoter to have total certainty on whether a
shell with its directors accomplishing what they say they will. I feel with great certainty that AVAL is a company that is and will create value to all of us if we remain steadfast and allow them to do
their job. I have a good friend with a ton of stock in this company
and he has NOT been giving me heck over the delays as he has also had
the opportunity to meet Bernard and is very impressed. I can't wait
until all this news comes out so I can tell the naysayers I told you
so.
