Halted and questions..

When a stock is halted permanently, what happens to trades that have not settled? Say I heard wind that a company was going to be halted and I dumped a ton of shares immediately, and it WAS halted the next day.. Is there any chance the market maker who bought the shares from me could stop payment thus "breaking" my trade?

Just wondering.. looks like there is a 3 day window that market makers could take advantage of..

And no, I'm not talking about NETZ. Stocks in general.

"Expect NETZ to open at .25 cents on Monday." Ah-huh, that must explain why there's suddenly a deluge of naysayers.

Come on, buddy, can't you at least admit it's not a bad investment for the cost of beer money? Better yet, quit smoking and invest those savings. There's always a way to find a little bit of money to get in on the ground floor. And there's always a way to find more money after you see the company progress to where many of us think it can.

Folks, don't fall for those telling you to sell it all or not buy any. Put together a reasonable position based on what you can afford to risk. Financials will be released soon, and the picture will be better.

is this is america after all to this date i have made over $40,000
dollars on this gem of a stock and i expect to make more in the future

These guys have been aligning themselves with too many well known companies to go bankrupt. You can't tell me that not one of those companies asked to see financial statements.

If you are looking to see a lot of assets owned by this company you are going to be disappointed as the business is for the most part intellectual and proprietary properties.

By the way. That visit to the company by Matty and David, what did everyone expect them to see? It doesn't take a lot to run an internet business. Remember that most of the work is done by computers.

Back too the subject of bankruptcy. Ronald Meatchem would have come onboard knowing that ZULU was a company headed for bankruptcy? I don't think so.

There's too much experience within the walls of Zulu-tek to go out, buy Softbank and 3 months later file bankruptcy.

If this happened it would have had to have been planned well in advance and everyone involved up to this point, including those that netz has secured alliances with, would be implicated as collaborators.

This collaboration didn't happen. It's just to sloppy and forward to be such.

Do you really think they would take the chance of possibly having to back peddle on their press releases. I wouldn't and I'm not the CEO of any company. It's too sloppy to have any criminal elements or scamsters behind it. If it did, there wouldn't be a ripple on our pond anywhere.

It is a business that has not been run well to this point, but the times they is a changin'.

After the unnecessary recuperation from Fridays amicable resignations that will have to take place on Monday and possibly into Tuesday, we will wait for the next bit of news the company has time to release.

The last thing on their minds right now (and it should be) is we, the stockholders, and the price of this stock. Right now they are thinking FUTURE.

How many people have blinked their eyes and found out their new Pentium was not state of the art anymore. The same will be true with internet technology. These sesame ads will be old news in a year or two. We have to get people on board this boat that know what they are doing and that have enough foresight to see netz' future as a SuperPower of the Internet.

If we get good people at the top, like Lair and Meatchem, they will in turn put good people under them and so on, and so forth until we not only have great roots but a strong trunk and magnificent limbs.
