To all UMSI Shareholders: You now have a new forum member! I have finally found somewhere to learn anything about UMSI. I can't believe it. I have read the past 50 messages or so, and am now up to speed. I heard about UMSI when they were at about 2.5, and watched them go all the way down to .07 before I bought, and again at .04. I was extremely skeptical when I tried their phone number and it was disconnected, etc. Thank you every one for all the info. There is nothing worse than knowing nothing for months. In my experience, when ailing stocks do a reverse split, they frequently trade down significantly from the reverse price. Does anyone think a tentative agreement for 1 mil is enough to keep this company alive? And what happened to the 5 mil they were supposed to have received in november, I read that it went unfunded, but why?
