Well that is a different tact, and I will try to answer the question the best I can but given the hour I will not be responsible for my lack of care in spelling. I don't do well when I am fresh...

A study of the Old Testament reveals that God destroyed nations and even his own people when they involved themsleves in activities that he regarded as abominable. Idol worship for instance is mentioned, quite a bit, and there is of course the familiar story of what happend to sodom.
The sequence of events in a nation's downfall, as presented in the old testament, is one in which homosexuality's rise is embraced by the populace at large. It eventualy suplants traditonal standards and in the case of Sodom debases a society to the extent that there is nothing redeeming about them. Read Romans 1:19-32 and in particular the last verse 32, where it says ....they who are worthy of death not only do the things but take pleasure in them that do them.

So, you have in our culture this same rise in the advancement of homosexuality and the fear that judgemnt is right around the corner.

Hi

Here's another reference from the Old Testament:

Deut 23:18
18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God. (KJV)

Strong's definition of "dog":
3611 keleb (keh'-leb);

from an unused root means. to yelp, or else to attack; a dog; hence (by euphemism) a male prostitute:

There's more. Hope this helps.

Nathan.
