Hi Folks. As I understand, the V classification is on the Gov's desk awaiting signature. That should surely come very shortly. Next we should see signed contracts for class V services. Those should be big and lucretive. If I am correct, and surely I am, this is the last chance to get in at the bottom. If in fact the price moves up this time, based purely on fundementals, the stock should attract the attention of some serious long term investors. I am confident they know, and are watching this stock, and are just sitting and waiting for the start of the upward movement. If this is correct, and again I am confident I am, the move will be big and sharp. I Placed an order today. I wont know until Monday, but I think, from the charts, that I made a buy. Hope so. Thanks.
