The word no doubt has it's root meaning there. The Brits of course have maintained the Kings English for quite a while, royality being what it is over there and all.

As I read over my explaination of your question I think it, my answer, leaves much to be desired. it lacks clarity and a certain continuity that would probably be more forth coming if I wern't so tired and had more time to think about what I was saying.

I have a little knowledge about these things but without going back to the books my cup is anything but running over.

Anyway, it's a real broad generalization that I typed up there.
