purething, why don't you try explaining your viewpoints instead of condemning other who have the courage to explain theirs. If I recall when you actually discussed your feelings on the issue you said homosexuality was abhorrent. Is this truly the way you feel? And does this mean you wouldn't want homosexuals working with you or for you? Let's get specific here people, and see where different people stand on specific questions. 1. Do you believe the boy scouts should be allowed to prevent homosexuals from being scout leaders? And would you send your children knowing a scout leader was a homosexual? 2. Do you believe we need special laws protecting homosexuals from discrimination or do the laws which protect all Americans suffice? 3. Do you believe we should allow gay couples to marry, and by that marriage give them the same benefits which go along with it? 4. Do you believe we should allow homosexuals to openly declare their homosexuality and enter the armed forces, serve on submarines etc? 5. Do you believe that we should have hiring quota's regarding homosexuals? Should the state of California count the number of homosexuals it has hired, and if it's under a certain percentage hired should they try and reach fair equity, with what is believed to be the over-ral percentage of the population? 6. Should we change the textbooks in schools to offer more stories like "baby has two daddy's"? Or should the books only describe heterosexual relationships? Only by answering these specific questions, which this list is by no means complete, can we fully understand where people are coming from. Michael

Oh, Purething. You're just mad because I didn't respond to rumors we should get married. Come on...you are, aren't you? But I don't know what sex you are yet, Purething. I mean, cut me some slack here, please. Being here is like Shogun in Japan. It's fun, but I don't understand the language, the customs are foreign and incomprehendible, and I really long for Denmark--that's where I'm from and that's where I belong. Surely you can forgive me for that, can't you? Besides, my ISP kept crashing for days. I believe it is the Lord telling me to turn this thing off. I just can't tell.
