"Digger".....PUUUUHHHHHHHLLLLLLEEEEEEZZZZZEEEE, let's not confuse the issues with facts! Facts are so predictable and boring. Let us explore the *POTENTIAL* of this fine company, shall we??? After all, the savvy investor is looking for *POTENTIAL* value.

As an example, I have a basement full of rats....I do not ponder the fact that they are rats, I prefer rather to think of them as minks, whose shimmering coats represent *MILLIONS* of dollars in potential (there's that word again) revenue. All I need to do is change their diet a little bit in small increments. Nature will run it's course and in a short while (relative term mind you) I, (or one of my distant future ancestors) will be bloody filthy *RICH*!!!!

People lose sight of the underlying comedic value, and intrinsic naughtiness of owning a stock like this. *EVERYONE* has a bit of larceny in their character. Larceny and indecency are very much the rage right now. Our beloved president is a case study in the value of corruption. Perhaps the good doctor is prepping for the post himself. The similarities are amazing. Neither one apparently has done a honest day's work in their whole life, they both make promises they can't fulfill, they both will lie straight to your face while handing you a line as slick as anything ever put forth my L. Ron Hubbard, and they *BOTH* have a propensity for avoiding reality at *ANY* cost.

Oh, and speaking of revenue (huh?) why is the only only explanation of *WHAT* this company is doing centered on revenue, with little if *ANY* indication of *PROFIT*. Past track record indicates the good doctor thinks *REVENUE* is the key.....or at least he thinks that you (not you personally, the collective you of idiots who buy this crap, if only to trade) think that *REVENUE* is the only issue.

Well, if he were ever to have run a lemonade stand, and his cost of a glass of lemonade were $3, and he is selling the same glass for 10 cents, well, hey, he might have *TONS* of revenue, but no profit.

Seems to me that "emerging trends limited" and the folks who are getting the "private" issued stock are realizing the concept of *PROFIT* and the clueless doctor is concerned *ONLY* with keeping his ass out of jail, and putting forth the *APPEARANCE* of running a legitimate concern.

Time will tell....my hat's off to the good doctor's "special" friends who have reaped an enormous windfall while floating yet *ANOTHER* 50 MILLION+ shares.

Cheers!

To put it in simple terms: "During the period from January 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997,the Company received approximately $150,000 from private investors.." you received a grand total of $150,000 for 100,000,000 shares issued.( not to mention any warrants converted in the last few days W/the price above .08).

Non-Cash Transactions in 1997:
- ------------------------------
1. Issued 60,100,000 shares of common stock for services of $1,914,000.

Non-Cash Transactions in 1996:
- ------------------------------
1. Issued 17,850,000 shares of common stock for services of $3,034,500.
2. Issued 2,000,000 shares of common stock for possible acquisition; recorded at par value.

All from the SEC filings..no rumors,no BS..DD Good-bye
PS: Hubert I wish I had your flair for the english language<vbg>,
I converse better in an outline format<lol>

Gosh Ditch you are so good at post hoc analysis. This kind of analysis, after the fact, must be what endears you to the hearts and souls of current investors in a stock. You are a moron. And to think you made your quick turnaround buck in this stock earlier this week. Now you come back to the thread for a post mortem. Moron. Asshole. Jerk. Your behavior can be described as someone stealing someone's wallet and then coming back for a final kick in the stomach. BTW I was also in the stock but at 1.9 cents and out at 8 cents. so there pfffffft!!!
