Here is a message I received from Alan this morning. I am totally shocked by this news. Yesterday I arrived home after a weekend away and someone left me a message letting me know that Bo Bob Brain had passed away on St. Valentine's Day. She was a super market analyst and a good internet friend. She also sent me a letter while I was in the hospital with some helicopter jokes. I guess I didn't even know Bo was a gal for sure, though I did suspect as much because of one of her posts on the "Market Crash" site. It really does depress me. She made SI a lot more colorful than it will probably ever be again. I guess that does it for the Vancouver trip, though if Zappa hits $5 I'll come out to Calgary instead and we can drink a toast to the Brain. I guess she left most of her money to children's charities. She was a star. Get back to you later today. --Alan

Hi guys, I talked to Albert today, and things are looking great! Expect Cambior to start drilling in early April as expected, with one drill rig, which is already on the property. Albert was down in Ecuador, and he stopped by the Laplata property, and he grabbed some of the BLACK ORE. He has a sample in the office, and it looks mighty fine!!! I also have received a couple private E-mails recently, about Cambior closing their office in Peru and and they are moving geologists to Ecuador. At present Laplata is the main property in Ecuador so you know where they are heading!!! Cambior was also recently in Miami at a resource conference, and they never even mentioned ZAPPA??? What the hell is up I'd like to know??? I also received an E-mail about Cambior buying used mining equipment, and I wonder where that might be heading??? This next round of drilling should finally be the big news we faithful Zappa shareholders have been waiting for! Dean
