Brady, I don't think the question is "how", but "can" they raise the 50M? They are a company that is worth around 2M. It isn't going to be easy. If you read the 10KSB carefully, you'll see the particulars of the deal with NETZ. The equity stake that ESVS already holds in NETZ was nothing more than a stock swap. Not all of the 50M is targeted to go to NETZ, only what ESVS feels they need to use to help build Zulu-tek. Who knows at this point how much that maybe? It could be 20M or 2M. As far as the response from ESVS to it's possible delisting, I wouldn't have expected them to say anything else. I mean, "Gee people, we're not going to be able to meet the requirements, so I guess we'll have to accept being delisted." might have been a refreshing change, but I'm not sure the investment community is ready for that kind of candor.<g> Look, I'd like to see this stock (NETZ) fly for everyone that is invested in it. It may do that. Unfortunately at this time I believe it has more going against it, than for it. IMO people are making too light of Pattison Hayton's involvement in NETZ. I think most of us are familiar with the old saying "If it looks like a duck....." Have any of you bothered to go to the PTUSA or the QDRX threads and read what these people have to say about him and his involvement in those companies? Did you know that these two groups of investors are discussing attorney's and lawsuits against Hayton? Some of you have stated that he's not a director or an officer, so he can't have much influence. Wrong! If I had several million invested in a company you'd better believe I'd have some say whether I was on the board or not. In addition, did any of you read the Wired articles carefully? Below is a statement made in one of the articles. Nevada Energy is PTUSA. >>>1996: Two former directors of Nevada Energy Corp., a Delaware-based alternative-energy company, file suit against the company's new president and board for allegedly diverting $1.2 million in funds for non-corporate purposes. Hayton, though not a board member or named as defendant, is described as the person who orchestrated the diversion through two holding companies he controls, Waterford, based in Ireland, and Golden Chance, on the Isle of Man. According to court documents, Hayton "makes all of Nevada Energy's material business decisions and dominates or controls ... [the defendants] through his control of Waterford and Golden Chance." The case is decided in favor of the plaintiffs on 17 February 1998. Judgment will be made 18 May 1998.<<< Everyone is going to invest at their own comfort level. I have no problem with anyone investing in this stock as long as they are walking into it with their eyes wide open. Hyping this stock by saying that it definitely is going to skyrocket IMO is every bit as bad as OC yelling "Get out while you can." Regards, Aleta
