The only one bringing up death & violence is you Gault and that is totally uncalled for. For the record: Mork supeona-ed me as a 'witness' in his 'case' <lol> against RMIL, he demanded my personal records, securities, bank accounts, etc. <lol> Shifty, and other counsel has found this 'harassment' of a RMIL shareholder offensive and we have countered. Now...not will we not only bust the short, we will bust up this ring of shareshakers too!! * BTW, Gault, the relevance of reproducing Kuglers post was that the only persons I told that I was served were my lawyer and Riley, yet Kugler posted it to me adding his laughabe threat as a caveat and smartin/Mork who posted I was named as a defendant for libel in the case...OOOOPS!! It seems that now Shifty will have to supeona records to disclose Mork/martins idenity so he can be served too! Where do you see violence in this Gault? Shifty owed me favors, BTW, I don't see you galled by the fact that smartin & Kugler were aware of the serving when only my lawyer, Riley, myself and Mork were the only ones who knew about it, gee Gault, who would've told them!!!?? Now, not only will we bust the short, we will bust up this pathetic gang of desperately short shareshakers, unmask s martin for the phoney he is, and , once and for all end any doubt about who is criminal here and who are harassed shareholders demanding certificates to fight these slimeballs.
