DD I'm not positive what Dougs chart looks like. Mine shows a second ACT has been formed and its value was $9.00 on 3/13. I hesitate to say that Doug had a typo but it is possible. I will forward your post onto him and see what he has to say. If I don't get back to you on it remind me. I am a space case sometimes. I am using the second ACT as my buy signal for trading shares. I anticipate APCO going to 9.50 level where I will reenter. Dakota eh? I am originally from Iowa so I know the area well. If you live in the Dakotas you must be hearty. Beautiful scenery, but you pay for it in the winter. happy trades David
