I've not been able to get much information from the brokerage firm I bought the stock from other than they state that the broker that sold me the stock was"dismissed" and that it had something to do with the sale of Delsoft. Technically, it has, unfortunately all the classic symptoms of a "pump and dump" as I bought the shares of stock at 10 and a couple of days later they were at 3... or less. Dilution by 10,000,000 shares was supposed to have something to do with it according to the brokerage firm, although it may have been for employee plans I cant seem to get much information. I wish I could get some accurate information as to what happened here as it may be necessary to seek action against the brokerage firm. I'm developing a new habit lately.. I've found a new way to deal with the people who screw me on stock transactions. I go right after them with an ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. Contrary to what some of them tell you when they're involved in a P&D they are responsible for the brokers actions.

It looks like there may have been several reasonably good sized sell offs during the later part of November and again in December...however there also seems to have been a significant buy or two in march.
