Don't think they follow an acquisition strategy. Seems that they are pursuing agreements to support Microsoft's VXtreme and NetShow video streaming system, and pursuing accounts with Fortune 500 companies like NBC. What I like about ITVU is that while DCLK is selling hype, and NETZ is trying to drain the sleaze swamp, ITVU keeps quietly building up their business. Look at biz.yahoo.com Having said that, I maintain positions in all three (DCLK, ITVU, NETZ), because it is still early in the game.
