RE: Bullish on zinc.
Forecasts show moderate supply deficit 1998, supply/demand about in balance for 1999. Deficit this year would take inventory/consumption ratio below 6 weeks and that is the critical value. Hence, outlook is for moderate price rise as the year wears on.

Agree on Breakwater.

Question - are silver bulls sterling characters?
