You are most correct - If the Pres. is issuing himself S-8 stock as compensation it becomes restricted due to his role (not due solely to stock holdings of 10%) as an Officer of the company. He may NOT sell shares except under Rule 144 - If this has been done here then the sale was illegal and should be recalled. Anyone want to call the SEC - I don't have the time.
