Everybody!

Who am I, nobody! right? And this is what NOBODY been thinking.

The bears are no longer influencing Novell. But why? especially in the face of two major seemingly money draining law suits! Also large block trades at the ask price?

What is going on?? Could smart money know what nobody doesn't. Will there FINALLY be a buyer of this neatly packaged company. I do not know but it does seem that the bears are running when the honey looks sweet.

Can a more knowledge expert comment on this? Or does it have no merit?

Nobody wants to know!

Will this affect Novell? Pressure for new BOD, perhaps?

P.S. Referenced link to CalPERS in the article is incorrect. It should be: calpers.ca.gov

Hi Elmo: Well, from what I understand, it's that; "getting their money back", but also, there "seems" to be something deeper-rooted than just the money. I "believe" (I have to watch how I word things Elmo <g>) that they want these cases to move quickly, and also not settle out-of-court.

I.e., they "want" a jury trial.

I've "observed" <g> cases like this, and they "seem" to have a track record for making the companies they are filed against re-state earnings. And, I "believe" there are some Federal charges in there somewhere which if true, are quite serious (but, I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not competent to comment on that).

If that "were" to happen ... (wording again Elmo <g>), well, I guess if all the "ducks are in a row", then there's nothing for them to be concerned about, right?

But then again, if they're not ("rowed ducks" I mean), then ...

Regards,

Joe...<thanks for the follow-up>

PS: But then again (again <g>), what do I know ... pure speculation ...
