Not necessarely. Remember the rules for large block trading are different than when we buy and sell. I think you need to ask Steve and would know more..

I mean a broker can do a private placement so it does not affect the stock price as much. If there is a buyer and seller for a large number of shares it does not show up in the ask/bid or general market.
