Hi Doc. My intention was NOT to insinuate that RNTKs
process is no different than those used in the 50's. On the contrary, RNTK process is based on an iron catalyst used in South Africa in the 1950s. RNTK has several new patents and variations on the old technologies.
It is a fact that many past GTL projects featuring not only iron based catalysts but cobalt based catalysts, have been shelved for a variety of reasons, mostly economic.
