High Tech Guru Named President and COO Of ZULU-tek; Appointment of Kevin R.
Rogers Marks Significant Step Forward in Company Growth Plan

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1998--In a move designed
to cement its position as the leading player in the Internet
advertising and marketing arena, ZULU-tek Inc. (OTCBB:NETZ) Tuesday
announced the appointment of Kevin R. Rogers as president and chief
operating officer.
Rogers joins the firm from LapTop Solutions Inc., where he was
also president and COO. LapTop Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Enhanced Services Company Inc., (NASDAQ:ESVS) which just made a
significant investment in ZULU-tek.
Rogers, who brings to ZULU-tek an impressive track record in
managing companies in the technology and Internet areas, will be
responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the company,
which specializes in interactive advertising sales and marketing.

Rogers brings to ZULU-tek 20 years experience in building and
leading corporations through critical emerging and rapid-growth market
expansions. Most recently, he was vice president of sales and
marketing for Dallas-based I3S Inc., a computer systems integration
and internetworking firm in which he oversaw all sales, customer
service/support and marketing operations. Prior to that, he was chief
operating officer for NetEntre, Arlington, Texas, a leading
Internet/intranet marketing and consulting firm. Rogers was also chief
operating officer for Research Resources, an Agoura Hills, Calif.
marketing research firm.
Rogers holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical
engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree in Business
Administration from California State University. He also received a
Juris Doctor degree in contract law from Ventura College of Law,
Ventura, Calif.
Rogers' duties at LapTop Solutions will be assumed by Bob Smith,
who has been elevated from chief financial officer to executive vice
president. Smith, who will assume responsibility for the day to day
operations of the company, will report to Rogers.
