(OTCBB:NETZ) Tuesday announced the appointment of Kevin R. Rogers as president and chief operating officer. Rogers joins the firm from LapTop Solutions Inc., where he was also president and COO. Rogers holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from California State University. He also received a Juris Doctor degree in contract law from Ventura College of Law, Ventura, Calif. Rogers' duties at LapTop Solutions will be assumed by Bob Smith, who has been elevated from chief financial officer to executive vice president.
