Andy, Thanks for the bond info. I wasn't aware of the conv. ze bond. The strategy you suggest looks sound enough. The yield is good and if the stock appreciates and you want to convert you may not have to since the bond appreciation gives you yet another way to gain with the bond appreciation. Any improvement in bottom line will also move the bond as well. The potential percentage gain isn't as good as the common at these prices. Do you know when the bond was selling below $500 ? Ted
