Josef - Don't know what most folks think, I find it a minor nuisance.

Free trials are such a staple of inet business, but I think that free mute lurking should be good enough.

I'd shorten the trial period and somehow indicate in their name the fact that it's a probationary newbie.

What is of more concern to me is multiple users with identical handles. That's a new one on me.

Only answer is: Check those profiles!!
