Good question. I don't know the answer. Originally, the program was very small due to CEPH's limited production capability (not to mention the fact that CEPH was providing Myo free of charge in the T-IND program). But they've shifted to CHIR's production facilities so I assume the program has grown.

Just checked my notes from the 5/8/97 meeting. CEPH reported that 450 patients were selected in the IND lottery. At that point in time, Myo had been shipped to 205 patients. Rudy
