And unless you can provide some evidence of your various claims related to my presence and comments, outside of those I have publicly stated, I suggest that you tread very lightly. I'm not particularly fond of your Harley, but I wouldn't mind owning it as the result of settling a defamation suit against you. (I have more than just cause.) To be frank, I don't like the litigious turn that discussion on this thread has taken. And I will once more take the opportunity to publicly state that I have no financial connection with any party involved with RMIL, short or long. My comments solely are based upon analysis of publicly filed SEC forms and the company's obvious lack of disclosure of it operational status and unsubstantiated claims made "off-the-record" to those who have spoken with RMIL management. I have also publicly stated, and reiterate herein, that initial interest in posting to this thread was to warn OVIS/RMIL investors that excessive posting to SI would likely alert the SEC and result in a trading given the lack of current and accurate financials. I really don't care if this company bottles water, "magic elixir", or swamp gas. What I have stated from the beginning is that this company must be fully disclosing and able justify their claims and those of their shareholders. In this they have obviously failed. I contend that given the status of the wild and misleading claims by certain individuals on this thread and lack of credible information from the company itself, that RMIL was a SEC trading halt waiting to happen. No more, No less. I strongly resent and dispute any accusations of a contractual linkage between myself and any other person with an interest in this company. And I suggest before anyone decides to attempt to drap me into this litigious BS, they had better make sure of their case. I will counter-sue and I will win. I have been called a criminal, a paid shill, a hypster, mentally ill, and part of a planned conspiracy against this company and its shareholders. None of the above is true and again I suggest that people have their facts straight before flinging about harrassing and defamatory accusations about me and involving me in spurious litigation. For every action there is an immediate, but sometimes not so equal reaction. Boys... from my view this is not Presstek. I have said repeatedly that I have no financial interest these stocks. I haven't even the most remote financial relationship with any of the people that post on SI or YaHoo or anywhere on the internet or print or any person in the world. I am totally independent of any of these matters in a financial sense. I hold positions in ORCL, ATT, CYMI, MFN, and most recently disposed of STPLS, AWIN and KM. Do not include me in your posts as part of a KLAN or any other reference that you decide to create. It is true that I have a very low opinion of this stock (RMIL) and TVSI. I believe most that perform actual research on the subjects rather than relying on other posters or questionable management are alarmed at the lack of actual business operations and the lacking, vague and or intentionally deceptive PR releases generated. Contrary opinions are not necessarily made for the purpose of shaking out week hands. If the companies can't stand up to public scrutiny there is likely good reason. I cannot speak definitively to the motivations of others. However, I can say that I doubt there is some elaborate conspiracy to sink, slam or dunk these stocks for financial gain. A portion of what motivates me and probably others is the argument/debate (that had existed) and reaction to posts of others. People will argue about most anything. It is an American as apple pie and baseball. TG
