Paul, the A band in NYC is part of the bid. WNP's leading bid on the A band in NYC is $23.7 million or $4.54 per pop. Nextband's bid for the NYC B band is $16 million or $2.48 per pop. Looks to me like Nextband is grossly overpaying for NYC. By comparison, in LA Nextband's leading bid for B band is $1.78 per pop, while WNP's leading B band is LA is 93 cents per pop.

There has to be an explanation re NYC's B band but it escapes me what it is.
