They said they were in the works. I told them about GIFS and explained
that there would always be a small shadow of doubt until they took
care of the issue by getting the audited numbers in our hands.

Freddie,

I stressed the importance of the audited financials to
Ira a couple times. He finally said everything will
come together this week when he returns. Hopefully
Ira will release the financial next week or we might
see a deterioration in the stock price.
