Your memory is incorrect. I sold after getting BS answers from the company to straight forward questions. Then I called Mork to listen to his side of the story and guess what? His side of the story made alot more sense then anyone elses, including yours.
Again, will you buy those shares? I mean, if it's such a great deal you would be happy to buy them, right?

RMIL shareholders have demanded their shares in certificate form to combat the abuse of illegal, undeclared, naked shorting on the OTC BB. Instead of accolades, RMIL shareholders have been the victims of illegal shortsellers' campaign of misinformation and slander. The SEC halted trading for 10 days. RMIL submitted an 8K to comply with SEC demands. The halt expired uneventfully.
Now,
* RMIL MM's have completed their parts of the 15c2-11's
* $10MM will be finalized by months' end
* $3MM SB loan
* BOD meeting in Colo. upon finalization of $10MM with shareholder rep.
* estimated illegal short position; 5-6MM shortsold shares
* 2.14MM shares in certificate form with a TA verified float of 2.17MM shares, 3.3MM shares called
* Dempsey Mork supeonas RMIL shareholder to be a witness in his case against RMIL.
* Shareholder fights back with putting together a class-action harassment suit naming several RMIL shareshakers as well as Dempsey Mork and corrupt Principal Securities broker Michael Kugler and Principal Securities.

SOLIDARITY

So we have it. Riley will not buy any shares from anybody. The list of buyers that he and Pugs keep talking about is a fabrication. Anybody who owns RMIL is out of luck.

Riley won't lose his honor on this however. You can not lose what you do not posess.
