Hey Grayhairs; as I see it the pricing of the warrants does two things:

a)It tells shareholders that the share value will skyrocket in the not too distant future.(Something they can't say directly)

b)It means that the company will get a much better price for treasury shares than they would in a private placement. Since a private placement would not likely get that kind of premium over today's prices. Which is excellent news for us shareholders.

Worst case scenario is they do a private placement and we suffer further dilution. All in all a smart strategy by management. A bit tight time wise. But that's what make's life interesting!

Grayhairs: I'd be interested to know how you know what McLeod's thinking is? More and more, you sound like someone speaking in the 1st person. Would you care to tell us who you REALLY are, or do we continue with the cloak and dagger routine? Do you have an important reason to maintain your anonymity?
