Thank you kindly, I took a quick look at CMYN's thread. It appears CMYN's troubles are different from IHIN. The CMYN thread talked about a trading halt because of an SEC request for information. Halts are common place in trading and we generally see them in regard to news pending. Here's the rule:

IHIN's problems deal with a suspension of trading, which is a halt in trading but it also evokes Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 which makes it difficult for a broker-dealer to lawfully resume trading.

I submit IHIN's troubled waters run deeper than CMYN's. Maybe IHIN will release news about the SEC's action Monday.
