Hi Peter,

Regretfully I sold all my ELNK shares. Can not compalin for doing so because ELNK was very generous to me and made me a lot of money. But I kick myself for selling too soon (yes, greed is a terrible thing to have!). At this point I hesitate buying back my shares because valuations are simply beyond my wildest imaginations. However look at AOL, and compare to that, ELNK is a real cheap bargain!

After so many years of being 100% invested in stocks (all high techs) I have sold into the strength recently and raised my cash position to 70% and just 30% in stocks. Currently I am only about 36-37% in stocks and about 63%-64% cash after buying a little bit of CPQ and SUNW the other day when it went down again to the $37-$38 range. I am not in a rush to buy any high techs at this time (not at least till the end of May by which time I think there will be a major sell off of high techs). At that time I intend to buy and be 100% invested again.

CPQ is perhaps one of the very few bargains out there right now, and despite the fact that it may come down another 8%-10% or so I think it has already taken most of the beatings.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
