Not sure if this has been reported yet. Insidertrader.com shows selling by one VP of ~ 3,700 shares during 1/27/98 time frame ($53 & 1/16). This would be after the Super Bowl but before the "Korean reduction" announcement.

J.Nail: With 27c earnings or less for possibly the next 2Q's, some defensive strategy seems in order. I would appreciate if you could let me know the potential downside from the $45 level. This will enable me to assess the optimum Puts I need to spend on.
