PFE submitted the Viagra NDA on September 29, 1997. It was given a 6 month priority review by the FDA on October 21, 1997. Depending on when the FDA countdown actually started, my best guess for V-Day will be March 30, 1998- 17 days away. Good investing! BigKNY3

Lawyers write their legal papers to put the defendant in the worse possible light - it is all their legal game. Unfortunately it will cost VVUS is time devoted to defense and money in defense even if they prevail. End result of these lawsuits is the lawyers hope to inflate their own wealth, they have no care for the shareholders. Jim
