Jon, I feel it is unfair to say we'll give this company until next Friday to get some news out. I for one never said that next Friday was a special day. I hope that they can put news out by the end of March if not before. As far as timing of the news the company does not want to put out news that could be questioned of challenged regarding this loan as their attourney advised them to wait until the loan get further advanced which I feel was very responcible of AVAL to do. Jon if you want to talk to Bernard leave your name and message on his pager at 800-772-4068 so you can get clarification on some of your questions. As far as rocketing the stock, noone has any idea how much buying or how high a stock will go on news and if they tell you how high it will go then I would be skeptical. I stated 1.5-2.50 but I didn't say it would go there overnight. No one can totally control a market and AVAL is no exception. Lets just wait and let them get this financing and acquisition done and just see for ourselves what happens. I personally like acquistions as that gives a company instant markets and revenues which is better and less riskier than building a company from scratch. Chad Beemer
