Gene, No you are not the only one out there who feels this way. I do have one difference of opinion. I believe that the company is on the up and up and is using this merger strategy to get the listing. I also want the audited numbers and believe once we get them on the street things will go better for the company and its shareholders. Management has done a wonderful job of getting the share price moving. However, for it to stay up and keep going up, they must produce the numbers. I suspect they are in order. If they are not, there will be an immediate meltdown. JMHO. I also don't mind the reverse split/reverse merger (spin what name on it you want its still the same) so long as it accomplishes the mission. The bottom line is earnings revenue, if its there we have a winner. Kevin
