Janice, res-Personally I could care less. Though I think such a proposal would necessitate a serious investigation of the statistical probability of increased hereditary medical problems. Voluntary sterilization could be required, but of course that opens a whole new can of worms.

Janice, many people today marry and have children who are predisposed to genetically dysfuctional children. We as a society don't require that they enter a sterilization procedure before marriage, nor do we require a serious study to determine whether they can marry. We simply accept the fact that they love eachother and will do what is best for them in the relationship.

So why should we require it of adult brothers and sisters who desire to Marry?

I never recommended that homosexuality be outlawed either. Why did infer that I said that?
